With the instant download service only digital files are available, within 24 hours.
If you want the file sent in another email, please let me know at checkout in the message to seller or by convo.
If you have not received your items in 24 hours, please check in your box.

If the size of the files is large, they will be sent by me personally to the email or ftp address you provide. You should receive your file within 24 hours.

No problem. When you list an item for sale, in the item description you MUST include credit:
